I bet alot of you are now thinking...... nollie 360...... are you crazy..... welll don't, because they are very very easy..
Start by getting your nollie 180's down perfect both ways... so you can do them at a moderate speed and maybe down or off something small - like a curb.
Then roll on flatground at a very average speed to start with... I found doing them fs was easiest at first... so have your front foot straight over your nose... so your full foot is covering the nose and your toes are parallel to the edge in front of you. Have your back foot just before your back bolts so you can pivot when you land.
Then pop and when you pop, try to turn about 45 degrees before you leave the floor. Make sure you spin as fast as you can whilst you scrape your foot up the board.
When you have completed the 180 turn a little more to start with and land 270. Try to land with your feet before the back bolts so you can pivot easily.
With a bs nollie cab start with the ball of your your front foot in the concave of the heelside of your bord, give it a harder pop and longer to spin. Try to pivot it less as you willfall backwards, and it does hurt through experience.
Once you're more comfortable with these, you can try to do them without a pivot, clean round and add more speed to them.
Seriously these are so easy and do feel very good.
